# Rota Software for Cleaning Companies

Cleaning companies plan staff around bookings that change often: regular contracts, one-off jobs, and cleaners who work at several sites in a day. A spreadsheet soon struggles to keep up.

## Plan cleaning jobs in Rotaville

**Rotaville** puts every job on a calendar-style rota, with the cleaner assigned to each one.

With Rotaville you can:

- Plan regular cleans once and set them to repeat.
- Assign cleaners to jobs at different sites and see who is free.
- Add the client to each job, and print or export a client's visits.
- Move an appointment when a client changes plans. The cleaners involved are told straight away.
- See where there is room to take on extra cleans or new clients.

Cleaners get their jobs in the Rotaville app, with a reminder before each shift, so you spend less time phoning round.
