# How to change the Workforce Owner?

If your _Workforce Owner_ is leaving your company then you will need another rota manager to take over as the workforce owner.  
  
Please get in touch with us at **support@rotaville.com** with the names of the _Workforce_, the _workforce owner_ that is leaving, and the new _manager_ that you want to take over as the _Workforce Owner_.  
  
We can also arrange for the existing _account upgrade_ order to be moved over to the new owner's user account.
